1. Description of Services
Unlockian provides a learning management platform offering services such as:
- Free curated learning resources (YouTube/external links)
- AAMS (Advanced Assignment Management System)
- Certifications and evaluation modules
- TechBites – user-uploaded video/audio content
- Forum – discussion and Q&A section
- Technosphere – internal knowledge sharing
- Storage – file uploads for personal learning
- Code Playground – to write and execute code
- Chat – communication between learners
- Articles and Notes – created and shared by users
- AI tools for Q&A, suggestions, generation, and more
- Wallet – for rewards, points, and gift card redemption
2. Account and User Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Do not share login credentials with others.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- Only one account per user is allowed unless otherwise permitted.
3. User-Generated Content
You may upload content to TechBites, Storage, Forum, Notes, and other services. By submitting content:
- You affirm that the content does not violate copyright, trademark, or legal rights.
- You grant Unlockian a non-exclusive license to display and use your content within the platform.
- We reserve the right to remove content that is harmful, illegal, or reported by others.
4. AI Features and Limitations
Unlockian includes AI-generated responses, suggestions, and automated assessments. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs.
- AI models may be improved or changed at any time for performance.
5. Wallet, Points, and Rewards
- Points earned through AAMS or other features may be used for wallet rewards or gift cards.
- Wallet values have no cash value unless explicitly mentioned in a redemption offer.
- Abuse or manipulation of the wallet system will lead to suspension.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post or upload copyrighted or illegal content without permission
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes
- Try to reverse engineer, hack, or overload our systems
- Violate the rights or safety of other users
7. Security and Platform Integrity
- We use encryption and secure infrastructure to protect data.
- We are not liable for any loss of data due to user error or misuse.
- Report any vulnerabilities or suspicious activity immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform design, branding, and custom content (excluding user-generated content) is the intellectual property of Unlockian and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violating these terms or engaging in abuse.
10. Disclaimers
- Unlockian is not liable for academic, personal, or financial outcomes resulting from the use of our content or services.
- All information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Third-party content (like YouTube links) remains the property of its respective owner.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any legal matters shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Telangana courts.
